We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. We will accept any defective item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. ** Please note this does not include items such as yoga mats and laptop sleeves and other items that have a natural odor due to the nature of made to order items. Items cannot be returned due to odor. These odors are expected and will go away in time. We offer a 30-day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for items that are returned to us in perfect, resalable condition with original packaging and tags attached.


If for any reason other than reasons stated above you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a 30 day full refund for unused and new products.

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied for used or worn products

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Changes on Orders

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyer for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.

Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed since each product is made to order. We aim to eliminate extra waste.


In the event where the product received comes with manufacturing defects other than reasons mentioned above, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email us pictures of the defect at To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to . If the case is deemed valid, we will ship out a replacement. Please remember that you are supporting a small business and some requests are from the manufacturer. 

After 30 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

Missing Shipment

In the event your order is missing and your tracking shows delivered you have up to 7 days to report this to us. Please email us at or start a conversation with us with the bottom right widget. 

If you are returning an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Rest assured, If it goes missing we will honor the return package's tracking number if it shows it has been delivered.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
